I would suggest that unless you placed your self in a position to be able to lose an organ you have no common sense. It could happen in Australia too. You just have to be at the right place at the right time.
I am not sure why they would take them in Bali though. As amused said they are not world leader's in medical treatment and how on earth would they be able to transport them correctly to another island for use. Seems to hard for me.
