we have used investour travel in Melb, they are quite cheap and very helpful.
Got a great deal this year from Investour Travel 03 9818 4874 ask for Olivia, we are staying (26 Sep - 30 Oct 99) all inclusive $1327, staying at the Kuta Beach club, full breakfast, 1 full day tour, transfers flying with Garuda. This hotel has Tv, fridges, air con and great staff, but small pool, we heard the pool has been updgraded via the forum.
