You have a few options depending on timing and cost.
You could book through 'Perama tours', by either getting your hotel to ring them and book a shuttle to Ubud for you, they will be able to pick you up from your accomodation for an extra 2000 rupiahs or if you have time to book it personally they are located on Legian Street at the Poppies 1 end. They will charge approx 15,000 rups one way.
Alternatively take a metered cab (bluebird cabs are good, light blue in colour) or maybe strick a price for a round trip there if that suits, say 50,000 rups for two hours of your drivers time, either by cab or bemo (a personally owned and driven van or jeep ie no company markings plain clothed)
