I like Bali Lovina Cottages for around $40 with a nice pool on the beach or if you are looking for cheaper, Dupa for around $8. These rates change according to rupiah fluctuation. Dupa charges in rupiah, so I've paid everywhere from few bucks to $12 there, depending where the rupiah was at the time. Both of these are very centrally located.
