Ready to book to stay at Kartika Plaza in October - Travel agent shows me great deal on Hard Rock Hotel. Need info from anyone that has stayed there. Is it expensive (by Bali standards) to eat and drink within the hotel. Are the prices the same as the Hard Rock Cafe out the front (I've eaten there). Kids club information. Are the activities good for primary school aged kids. Is there a charge for the kids club. What is the charge to use a cabana. Any info would be great - "thank God for the Bali Forum".
