Rest assured they'll not worry about headache tabs and basic prescription drugs coming in to Bali. You can buy most of these over the counter there with no prescription anyway. The only drugs you need worry about are the recreational and hard ones. Plenty of travellers languishing in jail there who imported or bought drugs locally. I have heard it said that chinese natural medicines ( with chinese characters ) have caused the odd hassle on arrival, but in years of travelling to Indonesia I've never been searched anyhow.
As an aside, I inadvertently imported a rather large Bali cockroach to NZ that caused some consternation when NZ customs were searching this end :)
