I've been to bali quite a few times and I have found Aussies and poms always friendly and smiling. I can not say the same about the swedish they are rowdy and rude. The germans are just down right standoffish. A SMILE COSTS NOTHING AND WE ARE ALL ON HOLIDAY BE HAPPY.
