Come from all over the world. What I found the most offensive were the young women(?) shopping in Denpasar, Ubud and other non-beach areas wearing bikini tops. Just looked disrespectful and very cheap. Naked toutists: not into voyerism.
Wild tourists: Didn't hang outside the nightclubs that often either, but having done so in my youth (sigh) it's multi-culturism at it's best/worst. The under-25s seem to be able to woop it upp no matter where they come from.
Rude: I call it ignorance - across the board 5% or tourists make you feel embarrased.
Noisy: It's a very loud place especially in the main tourist areas of Kuta. Get off the main streets and the only noise will be local music and chooks.

Been travelling to Bali for years and find a good 50/50 mix ie 50% Australian, 50 % euro & english. Seems the Americans and Canadians have discovered Bali (especially with the great deals they get out of the States) so to the people who sledge Aussies have a closer look.
