I'm booked to stay in the delux single story cottages in October. I asked a similar question a little while ago and all the responses I received were really positive. The hotel was summed up as a decent 31/2 star property with great beach frontage and the only disappointment is a smallish swimming pool, but with direct access to the beach I doubt this will be a problem.
