Have stayed there twice & never had any complains !!! The rooms are very nice & clean, but make sure you get a room near the pool - they are newer & larger.
The pool is very nice and the coffee shop is just great. It also have one of the best chineese resturant I have ever eaten at (& it is a/c !! nice change from a lot of Bali resturants)
The hotel is not on the beach, but just cross the road and walk through Kartika & you are right on the beach.
There are not tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but I always bring an old electric kettle & just leave it there to make room in my bags for the trip home !!!!
If you are looking for good value in the Tuban/Kuta area, the Bali Rani is great.
