You wont get bali bellie if you are careful about where you eat. Plenty of locals will tell you good resturants at Jimbaran bay (although they are probably getting kick backs) Always eat at a resturant that is full - especially when they are tourists, this way you can assume the food is fresh and standards are good. But dont get too excited about Jimbaran Bay unless you like lots of charcoal with your fish and very chewy squid - best to go with the Lobster.
