Now all you need to do is search the archives, type in 'Nyepi' or 'New Years' and you should find what you are looking for.
By the way are you referring to the Balinese Nyepi- which is on in April - a time of complete silence, all the stores close and you usually are not allowed out of you hotel? or the new millenium 'new years'? if so that's a completely great time!, I'll be there! heaps of partying, lots of people and an all round great atmosphere!.
