Lombok.
The Mabua Express (lge jet boat) takes 3 hours one way and travels between Benoa Harbour in Bali to Lembar in Lombok. Merpati fly from the domestic term at the Denpaser airport (20 mins from Seminayak & US$1-2) to Lombok for a similar price (may be a few dollars more) and this flight takes 30-45 minutes. A Taxi or Shuttle bus from either to Sengigi will take 15 - 25 minutes and cost between US$2.50 &US$4.50.
Kuta.
From Seminayak to kuta will take 10 minutes or anything up to 30minutes during rush hours ie 5.30pm and cost in a metered taxi less than US$1. People often walk this route especially during the evening when it is cool. Most Hotels offer a shuttle service every 2 hours or so in and out of Kuta.
Ubud
From Seminyak to Ubud it will take 30 minutes in a taxi and upto 45mins in a bus or shuttle service like 'Perama' tours (very reliable and cheap). Don't know how much a taxi is but Perama tours (located inbetween Poppies Lane 1 and Poppies Lane 2 on Legian Street -main drag in Kuta) will cost US$3 or 4 .

To ensure you get a metered taxi (some will say they don't have one or will say come on what price will you pay, in an attempt to make more money from you) try 'Bluebird' taxi's. They are pale blue in colour and I have always found them honest and friendly.

Hope this helps.
