We stayed at the Kamandalu in Ubud in June. They have villas with an outdoor plunge pool, as well as a huge outdoor shower that looks like something out of "Raiders of the Lost Ark". We loved it, and still dream of it. There is also an outdoor platform bed overlooking the valley and rice terraces. Utterly peaceful and romantic! Wish we were there right now!
