Hello, I am from Quebec Canada
I'm French Canadian, so sorry for my english but i will do my best.
I've been in Bali for 11 nights 2 weeks ago and it's true that you
can't trust money changers in the streets.
You can be SURE that if they don't think that they won't be able to rip you off, they don't want to change you money.
They don't have enough money or they are not sure if your money is good.
You MUST BE THE LAST PERSON TO TOUCH AND COUNT the money
If not, be sure that you will be rip off.
Go at the Bank, Hotel or places who give you a receipt
A lot more secure.
TAKE CARE.
