Had heard bad stories before about his company which is advertising all the time in the tourist papers, but only that they promised to deliver certain permits at a price and then charged double and tripple. But they did deliver, at least.
Now things are getting even worse - much worse: they have more offices (Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud), and more totally unqualified staff, who mess up even the most easy applications. But I do think the real problem is not the staff, it's the owner. Here is an example:
If you have a KIM-S or KITAS you are usually entitled to an indefinite permit of stay (after renewing for 5 years). Application and approval is a formality.
A friend of mine had ARJUNA handle the extension of his 4 year old visa and ended up with NOTHING! They informed him yesterday that they did not succeed, he overstayed his visa for three month, and he'll have to leave the country and start from scratch again. ARJUNA even does not apollogize or offer to help him out of the mess THEY created -- just returned the money he paid half year ago and say "sorry".
Therefore, please pass on this warning to anybody who considers moving to Bali.
