Don't know agents in Bali but have a great one in Thailand who could probably do it all by email which is how I just booked a fare myself from the US. Hi name is Punyvavee and the address is kast@samart.co.th. (Note: it's not .com, it's .co) We just paid about $390US for tix fro BKK to DPR. Fare would have been cheaper except that the days we wanted to travel were all booked up so we are paying more than we did last year. Bangkok is one of the best places to get tickets from to anywhere as they have a tiny profit margin. We have used this agency before several times and found them to be efficient and reliable.
