to reach the Nusa Dua beach from Grand hyatt you must through the land by bus for about 15 minutes to tanjung beach. it possible for you to get it closer to Grand mirage which is very face the Tanjung beach, 5 minutes only less i think. the price is about 25US$ for tour snorkeling Nusa Dua. about 3 hours in drawn.
