Ok. **Rad Dude** and all that.

There have been so many reported cases of people on skateboards and inline skates disappearing in Bali. Many, many unsolved cases. I have suggested to the police on numerous occasions to send some abseilers down into the vast underground chasms that exist under the footpaths of Kuta, but I honestly think that there're too scared to go in there themselves. You can see the innocent-looking entrances to these chambers all the way along Jalan Legian. There are even a few smaller chasms that have entrances from the footpaths along Jalan Tamblingan in Sanur as well. These are, I'm sure the last resting places for those skating kids (and others) that have vanished whilst holidaying in Bali.

** Rad DuDe ** (whatever) bring you skateboard if you like, but there is no organised skateboarding facility in Bali... . only the FOOTPATHS!! (creepy!)

Regards and Happy (haha!!) Skating

PS I suppose if you don't mind a bit of dodging, you could try skating around the Go-carts track just up the road from the Dynasty in Tuban. You'd make a pretty good target, actually!!
