I know there was one right outside the Besakih Resort.
Didn't use it and so can't say anymore.
I did see a few others around the place but didn't take any particular notice.
My advice is sure take your Visa but why can't you just take cash, keep it in the safe deposit at your Hotel and take out from there what you need each day. i e use your hotel's safe deposit as an ATM.
