Try the Bali Intan Village North of Kuta. It takes about 10 minutes by Taxi and cost around 8000-11000 Rps. It is a excellent Hotel for the money. It list well above 140Us$ but if they have room you should be able to negotiate. Talk to the customer Rep. You will find it hard to leave.
