Bali Honeymoon in February 2000

Hello,

My fiancee and I are planning a February 2000 wedding and honeymoon in Bali. I've been to Bali before (in August) and loved it. Given the the time of year (rainy?), is there a better side of the island to stay on, or is it pretty much the same all over?

Also, I've never booked a trip like this on the internet before. Is it reliable?
