It amazes me that so many people travel and then do nothing but whinge when everything is not the same as at home. Did the travel agent also fail to tell you that Bali is in Indonesia and not New South Wales? It is a developing country!!!
What worries me is that your comments may put people off the Jimbaran Bay restaurants and then they will miss out on a great experience. If anybody else reads this make sure you try them out at least once. The beach is NOT filthy and there are fewer blind mullets floating in the sea than at Bondi beach. (remember the pollution problem in your own home town Mrs Griswald?)
I was also disappointed that you found it necessary to reveal that you are an Australian. You sound more to me like a pommy upper class twit. Most aussies do not whinge and complain about Bali, at least not those of us from the West.
Take your next holiday at Manly and don't inflict yourself on the Balinese.
