I don't know where in Kuta it is not noisy. Once you are behind the walls of any decent hotel you should be shielded from any unwanted noise. I stayed right in the middle of Kuta, no noise at all, beautiful hotel and surroundings on the beach and plenty of things to do. The Hard Rock Resort Bali. It may cost more than the others but you get what you pay for. The biggest free form pool in Bali.
