I've stayed there twice and would stay there all the time but I must try out different things. But I thoroughly recommend it.
It's a lovely hotel and of course the people are really nice. It's in a great position and there's heaps of restaraunts down Melasti St right next to the hotel that are wonderful and not far to walk to.
One word of caution - when you arrive INSIST on getting a room in the 300's - the other rooms have carpet in them and they smell damp and yucky. The 300 series rooms are newer and tiled and neat. Of course if your staying in a Bungalow thats different.
Make sure you grab some bottled water though because they only have a couple in the mini bar and don't supply it in large bottles.
If you go out of the beach entrance and walk down the beachfront you'll come across a little deli/store that is really cheap.
