The Duty Free Shop I'm speaking of isn't at the airport.
What happened was that I asked a 'blue' taxi driver to take me to a duty free store one day from my hotel and he took us to this shopping centre that was all duty free. You walked in and they registered your name and flight details and gave you a 'shopping card' and then let you loose in this centre to buy and apparently they send all the stuff you buy straight to the airport.
It was no cheaper than buying duty free in Australia. Which would be pretty cheap for you I'd say.
Its a shopping centre rather than a shop and is quite upmarket looking. It was called something like Bali Plaza or something like that.
