While we did not do internet booking for our Bali trips we did for a visit to Hong Kong. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation, our preferences( non smoking room, queen bed, etc.) or the price we'd gotten. We ended up staying at a different hotel. I'd recommend calling the hotel sometime prior in order to confirm with them, but then what's the use of internet booking?
