The Intercontinental at Jimbaran is absolutely beautiful.
We had a king loft room because our children were with us. You will not regret staying there. You are waited on hand and foot. My cousin and his wife were in the club too and they were on the bottom floor near the pool and their room was lovely too.
The average price of a beer at the hotel is $4.50. Wine was about $75 and for an ordinary bottle. A meal of entree, main course and coffee for 4 of us of a night was nothing less than $100.
The grounds are terrific and there were quite q few honeymooners there.
As you can see by this forum it is a no no to have a different opinion about Bali. We just stated what we saw and we don't travel as backpackers.
