probably isn't long enough. I'd forget about Jimboran Bay (mainly the time factor, peaceful but apart for the beach restaurants not much else going for it)) and spend the time in Sanur. Sanur has a lot going for it and is very intesting and easy to get around from. Beach is swimmable and good for water sports as well. Good restaurants, lovely walking down the pantai and you don't get hassled much by hawkers(compared to Kuta/Legion)Wouldn't recommend Grand Bali Beach, there are better places to stay.
