I went to Bali with a friend who is on the wheelchair last yr.
There is no problem at all about that. People there are friendly and helpful but you need to ask or show that you need help.
They haven't seen people on the wheelchair travelling often so they dont' know how to treat.
Kuta is a quit busy and difficult for wheelchair. I don't like this area the most.
Nusa Dua is very very well organised. The shopping center there is perfect for wheelchair.
