We are a young couple who have lived, studied and traveled throughout indonesia for the past ten years. We love the country and its people and have gained so much from our experiences in areas outside of Bali.
We just wanted to get some sort of idea from this forum about other people's interest in small group, culture and nature-based overland tours beyond Bali. These would be journeys that consider the needs of local populations as well as those of the traveler. Would people be interested in traveling in a manner that often sacrificed comfort for the sake of a rewarding experience that gets closer to the people and places visited?
