I don't know about the best massages, they can be pretty subjective - but there is some info of them and comparative pricing on my homepage.
Generally speaking I'd say most massages I've had in Bali over the years would fall in the good to superior class. Only had one really bad one and never had the one that makes you swear that you'll never go anywhere else!
