Hellow Greg, I run a Balinese Gamelan Music Workshop at my Bookstore, Ganesha Bookshop, in Ubud each Tuesday evening at 6pm. Participants in the workshop are given a brief history and outline of the gamelan and are then invited to choose an instrument on which to learn some basic gamelan music. The instruments are all provided and include drums, gongs, cymbals, gamelan flute etc. I also run Balinese Music and Cultural Seminars. Hope you can join us. Yuliarsa Sastrawan
