I was in Bali in Feb and stayed with two others at The Bali Dynasty Resort (4&1/2*) which is located in Tuban or as some say South Kuta. Basically it was a great family hotel, walking distance to everything from WaterBom Park to Kuta Square. Also the motivators are great by the pool at the hotel and are great with all ages from toddlers to 70 year olds. My friends and I (aged 20 - 22) thought it was fantastic with friendly staff and great facilities, oh and happy hour by the cocktail bar was the best if your interested.
