On one of our trip to Bali - we had the occasion to celebrate a birthday while we were dining at the Hard Rock Cafe. The staff really made a big fuss - all gathered around and sang happy birthday - supplied an individual birthday cake with sparklers and candles - and took a photo which they promptly privided (free of charge) to the birthday boy. All we did was mention in passing that we were celebrating a birthday and they did the rest - as a surprise to our guest. A great time was had by all.
