I would advise taking a small first aid kit which would include anti-nausea, anti-diarrhoea and antibiotics. Bali belly hits pretty fast and hard and you won't want to be searching for medication when that happens. Better to be prepared. I was also told that Raspberry Fanta is very good for settling your stomach.
