Hi... just got back, learn from my mistakes! The forum guided me to bring US $20, new with big pictures, plus lots of $1's. This was good. However, after I went through my initial cash the ATMs would not accept my card. When I got back home I inquired and found out that I have a 5 digit code and International ATM's only recognize 4 digit codes. Advised to use my credit card, again it wouldn't be accepted. When I got back I was told I should have advised my credit card company that I would be charging from there. They had called my husband on the last day that I was there to advise he someone in Bali was trying to use our card. Fortunately, I traveled with a rich friend!
