Unless you are a hermit, I would strongly recommend that you stay the 3 weeks in Ubud, rather than in Lovina. You can always go to Lovina for few days to "change scenery." In Ubud, Garden View Cottages, In Nyuh Kunning would be ideal for a long stay, and you then can negociate the price withh the owner.
