There are no seminars per se in August, or at any other times during the year. Your first choice is to study with a private teacher. Your second choice is to study music at KOKAR/SMKI, in Batubulan, or ASTI, in Denpasar.
And for an "orgy" of musical performances, try the Bali Music Festival, Mid-June to Mid-July, at ASTI in Denpasar.
