Book your hotel and find a good driver/guide and have him show you the sites. The hotel has tours set up but usually it is more fun to do with a driver/guide.
I could rememend our driver his name is Wayan Nama at namasiwa@hotmail.com. He was great. My husband and I loved him. I saw things in Bali most 'tourist' never see.
