Ken, I have visited there, it is a pleasant very large resort type hotel with all facilities and nice rather grand but nor particularly pretty gardens. The rooms were typical holiday resort rooms. It all depends what you really want, it is perhaps not as small or intimate and romantic as other places which can offer seclusion, "Balinese" atmosphere, outside bathrooms/spas pools/views etc and be a special experience to stay in. Maybe have a good search through these archives using key words to describe what you would like. But if you stick with the Hyatt you will have a nice time alright.
