As Ken suggested it is with it's own sign of an Alung alung (grass roof) lumbung (rice hut) and is on the left side (northern) of Jalan Melasti. It is very popular and the food is excellent The owner is Ray and he has been there since 1983. I have eaten there over 100 times and I highly recomend it as arguably one of the best restaurants in Kuta/Legian.
If you stand outside Bali rock and look across the road it is there for you. A must try as ken said.
If you attend there anytime during peak period and get there about 8 p.m. you will have to wait at the bar and it seats over 200 hundred that should give you an idea of the quality and popularity of the place I would suggest ringing and booking if you were there during these times....751089
