Don't be surprised if the Gilis have changed some over the past four years,but I think they are still wonderful. Trawangan is the busiest, then Air, then Meno. You can pick and choose for how remote you want to get. There is still lots of coral and fish though damage is evident. On Lombok, Sengigi popular, but if you really want to relax, try Kuta Lombok for quietness. Hope this answers some questions!
