If you stay anywhere on Bali in a private bungalow, you can lounge around your bungalow, both inside and out in your birthday suit. Even at the Four Seasons, or the Grand Hyatt, you should have plenty of privacy to do this. Kuta Beach and most hotel swimming pools permit semi-nudity especially the smaller ones.
