has changed much. We stayed there about 4 and a half years ago. We were only there for about 3 days (thankfully). I really didn't like this hotel at all. It is the highest Hotel in Bali, (I think I am rigt in saying) and the Balinese version of Hinduism doesn't go a lot on high buildings. Therefore I think that they are not keen on working there and it shows! The buildings were run down in the extreme when we were there, and as for luxuries such as hairdryers and irons, well forget them they didn't exist then. I suppose they have had to supply them since, but it doesn't sound good if they have to get them back from you in an hour. It is definately not a 4 star and don't be conned into thinking it is.
