Yes you can buy it on Bali, but it is likely to be the South East Asia Version, and maybe not the Bali version. Perhaps you should buy the book before you go, I'm sure that you can get it from their web site. Also try the Rough guide, also available in Bali, but again I have only seen the out of date one, I'm sure that you can buy te new one from THEIR web site too.
