Dear Maureen,
If you change accommodation four or five times as you propose you will lose almost half your time in Bali in the constant re-packing and shifting. Why not just decide what you want from the holiday, find the nicest room in your budget and unpack your clothes into the wardrobe and relax? You could spend a lifetime exploring Bali so two or three hops here and there won't help you to get into an area, find the good restaurants etc. What I suggest is you perhaps drop out Nusa Dua as it is rather costly and perhaps synthetic. Can you afford say $80 US /night inc breakfast?, you could do a lot lot worse than stay at Puri Bunga Ubud (it's a couple of k's closer in than the Bunga Permai,) they have a huge de luxe suite with air con, spa bath and a wonderful gorge side location). Spen 1/2 your holiday exploring Ubud and in all directions from there. Include a look at Nusa Dua and Candidasa. If you then really feel you want to shift you can have looked at hotels in the other venues and bargain a deal for yourself. But I bet you won't want to move! John
