We have stayed at the Swastika twice. It is very clean, the service is good and cheerful. The facilities are limited but sufficient. There is a small daytime coffee shop, room service is available, there are three massage ladies on site, there are two pools, 1 large, 1 small, both with bar facilities if required, rooms are A/C unless you book a fan cooled room, all rooms have a nice verandah and the gardens are lovely. It is quite a large property, but quiet and peaceful considering its central location. It is close to shops and restaurants, and about 3 minutes from the beach.
