I also have one of these (truth be told two) and they are great, no-one ever cheats you if you have one of these as zzz says. I also don't understand why yu don't all have one. They are really cheap. They work, people are frightened that you might know what you are doing with one of these around yor neck. The great thing is that you can change the rate on a minute by minute basis. GET ONE!
