wiring (cables) carry amps not watts.
The reason low wattage appliances such as low wattage globes are used in cheaper hotels is so that the power bills are lower. Any device from Australia will work in Bali. A circuit breaker must be installed in all istallations in Bali so your electrical products will be safe.
Take a torch just in case...........
